Lease terms

Rent is due on or before the 8th of each month. A $50 late fee will be applied to any rent received after the 8th. A $500 security deposit and first month's rent are required prior to move-in. All applicants must apply and pay the application fee through Zillow. Zillow's application process includes background and credit checks, which will be reviewed as part of the application. Applicants must also provide proof of income, a copy of a valid driver's license. Leases are written with an initial 2-month term and may continue in accordance with the lease agreement. Tenant is also required to have renters insurance with a policy minimum of $100,000 and be required to provide proof of policy upon request.
