Terms at 1022 Mohican Trl

12-month lease required. Renewal terms must be confirmed at least 60 days prior to lease expiration. Monthly rent is $2,700. Security deposit and first month's rent are due at signing. Total move-in cost is $5,400. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A $100 late fee will be applied if rent is not received by the 3rd, plus $10 per day thereafter until paid in full. Tenant is responsible for all utilities unless otherwise specified. No pets allowed. No smoking permitted inside the property. Tenant is responsible for routine upkeep, minor maintenance (including light bulbs, air filters, and general upkeep), and yard maintenance. Any damage due to negligence will be the tenant's responsibility. Landlord will handle major repairs and systems. Subleasing and short-term rentals (including Airbnb) are strictly prohibited. Parking: Parking available via attached garage and driveway. No unauthorized or inoperable vehicles permitted. Additional Requirements: Renters insurance is required prior to move-in with proof of coverage. Rent must be paid electronically through approved payment methods.
