Features include: - Quiet, smaller (11 units) building with both long term and newer residents in it - In a neighborhood of single family homes and an elementary school - Occupancy of a total of one or two people is allowed by the city. - Corner unit with big windows in this 1958 brick building - Fenced in yard on a corner lot - Potential for free off-street parking for one car. Quick access to 35E and 94 - Bus routes with bus stops are right next to the corner of the building - On-site, coin-operated laundry facility - Your own large storage closet in the laundry area, included with your rent - Controlled key entry at both front and back entrances of building - Near neighborhood schools, shopping, restaurants, churches and parks - Owner pays: gas, heat, water, sewer, snow plowing, and regular trash removal. - You only pay electricity for your unit. About $45/month depending on use - Clean community space. Solid construction. - No pets and no smoking apartment unit. The whole building is non-smoking - Section 8 vouchers are welcome if you meet the other criteria listed below. Requirements include (sorry for the long list, but it might save both of us time and keep us both from any unnecessary showings!) 1. Credit score must be above 630. 3. Each applicant must submit a copy of their passport or driver's license, or other form of legal identification, when submitting their application form. 4. Each applicant is required to provide copies of their last paycheck stub or proof of income or subsidy, or recent bank statement. Also may need to submit a copy of last year's (2025) income tax return. Individual applicant's total gross income must be a minimum of $2287/month and maximum of $4635/month. For two residents, total household gross income must be between $2685/month and $5300/month. 5. There is a NO pets policy in the rental units and apartment building. Others in the building may have pet allergies and chose this building for it's no pets policy. 6. We will not accept applicant(s) with evictions, bankruptcies, or felony convictions in their application report / credit report. Applicant's references must verify a consistent on-time rental payment history for the past two years and references which indicate the applicant is able to comply with all terms of the lease. 9. All of the apartments and the community space in the building are non-smoking.
