Frisco home, offering elegant and comfortable living for up to 16 guests. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this home is close to parks and family-friendly activities, with easy access to main roads for smooth commuting. This home features two spacious living rooms, each with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Entertainment options include high-speed WiFi and Smart TVs, as well as a dedicated movie room. The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, stove, oven, a set of 4 pots, a complete cutlery set, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, cutting board, coffee cups, small glasses, frying pans, wine glasses, and plates. A private backyard provides space to relax. Parking is available in the garage, with space for 2 cars in the driveway and additional street parking in front of the house. Pets are welcome with advance approval and a one-time fee per pet per stay, with additional cleaning fees based on the length of stay. Visitors are generally not allowed without prior notification. Situated in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, this home is close to parks and activities. It offers easy access to main roads for convenient commuting. Early check-in can be requested for an additional $20 per hour, subject to approval. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM Monday-Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval, with fees of $20.00 for 11:00 AM and $40.00 for 12:00 PM. Checking out after 12:00 PM incurs a $300 penalty and immediate expulsion. Pets over 50 lbs are not allowed. Smoking, drug, and vape use is prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, or in building hallways, with a $1000 fine for violations. Parties and loud music are not allowed, with a $1000 fee if a party is discovered or a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Guests will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels, and face or bath towels used as kitchen towels will incur a $10 charge. Additional cleaning requests during the stay cost $150.00. Packages and mail cannot be sent to the address. A $600 penalty applies for lost keys/clicker/fob, and a $500 penalty for lockouts requiring assistance. Altering safety devices, including the security camera, will lead to immediate termination without refund. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund. All stays longer than 29 days require cleaning by housekeeping at a cost of $150, paid by the guest. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.
