Strictly observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Parties are not allowed, including loud music, with a $1000 fine if a party is discovered or a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Early check-in can be requested for $20 per hour before check-in time, and late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00, while at 12:00 PM it costs $40.00. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subjected to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, with no pets over 50 lbs allowed. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay, with extra pet cleaning fees ranging from $100/pet for 1-2 nights to $300/month/pet for 30+ nights. Visitors are generally not allowed without previous notification. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and you will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There will be a $10 charge if face towels are stained. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150.00. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, with a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by the housekeeping team at a cost of $150, which must be paid for by the guest.
