We are fully booked through 2026. Let us know if you're interested in renting in 2027. On fees, we will cover some utilities: internet, water, sewer/septic, garbage. We ask that renters reimburse us for actual cost of gas & electricity (usually $100-150/mo) and if using the hot tub, pay for weekly hot tub cleaning ($50/clean). We do not allow smoking. If you bring dogs, we will charge a little more for cleaning. There are coyotes nearby, and skunks, and the occasional snake. Local wildlife don't cause any mischief, but a loose dog could experience them. The house has 2 fully equipped bedrooms and an office with a foldable bed frame and nice air mattress; so can sleep 6 for a short period of time (e.g. if you have visitors for a weekend). However, the max number of people we want living in the house full-time for longer than one week is 4.
