This large 2 bedroom home has lots of space: partially finished basement, laundry in basement, gas heating, partially fenced yard, storage shed, off-street parking, and more. There is a large bedroom on the first floor, bathroom is on first floor, second floor is a large loft area with one large bedroom and plenty of built-in storage space. You can either complete zillow application (which I believe has a fee) or for the free application (shorturl[dot]at/6eIQ2), although we still require a credit and background check before signing ($45). This is a lovely corner lot with privacy in the front yard thanks to the bushes. Close to everything you need, MSU, LCC, state capital, shopping, and recreation. Old town is just a few minutes away with many great restaurants, river trails, and more. Tours are scheduled after receiving an application, or at least the necessary information on occupants, income, and ideal move in date.
