Walking distance to Long Beach City College (TTC Campus) and short bus ride to Cal State Long Beach. The room includes a bunkbed with 2 drawers below, a dresser, bedside table, closet, TV screen and window AC unit. Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry room (including washer and dryer), backyard, and front porch area. Utilities (including internet) are included. We are looking for one person (or one person + child) to rent the room. Looking for super respectful, clean, organized, considerate, quiet roommate, no drugs, no pets, no smokers. Preference for student, worker, or single mom. About us: hard-working couple, non-smokers, easy-going, and we like keeping common spaces clean and tidy.

Housemate details

Hardworking couple who leave for work at 7-8 am and spend quiet evenings at home watching movies or playing cards. We like to keep the place clean and organized. We occasionally have a few people over on weekends, but rarely overnight guests.
