Lease terms

Lease is for one-year and negotiable after that. Dogs and/or indoor cats allowed upon approval only. No tobacco smoking is allowed on the premises. Parking in designated area only. Access to open field to the north of the rental is permitted, but with restrictions (e.g., no vehicles allowed, must clean up after dogs). Landlord owns adjacent properties and will maintain the watering system to the garden beds. Tenant is responsible for basic upkeep and snow removal. Renter is responsible for gas, electricity, cable, internet. First and last month rent plus a deposit will be required when lease is signed.

The entire space was recently renovated with new flooring, doors, trim, a brand new beautifully tiled shower with luxurious water pressure, and many new energy-efficient appliances. It's a great space for dog owners with the adjacent open field (owned by the landlord) for stick-chasing and a trailhead essentially right out the door. Outdoor areas include garden beds on a drip system, spaces for outdoor dining and basking in the colors of the setting sun on the mountain, a storage shed for bikes, skis, etc., and private, off-street parking for 2 cars. (Note: the photos posted were taken in 2025 and the furniture has since been removed.)
