HOLD FEE/EARNEST MONEY: Equals one month rent plus $250 lease administration fee, and it is due within 24 hours of application accepted.

SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: no pianos, drum sets, waterbeds, fish tanks, or full size gym equipment including treadmills or rowing machines may be brought into this upstairs unit. The front door landing area/patio has a maximum occupancy of four persons. Items kept there are limited to a small table and two chairs. These must be placed near the kitchen window or against the wall opposite the door to maintain a clear exit path. Umbrellas (the patio is covered) and other items that may become airborne in windy conditions are strictly prohibited. There is no outdoor storage, including boxes or appliances.
