Esta es una remodelacion completa, no nada mas una manita de gato. Cocina, bano, pisos, plomeria, sistema electrico, aire acondicionado y calefaccion, deck y puertas, todo esta actualizado, ademas de muchos otros detalles que vas a notar desde que entras. De verdad se siente como vivir en una casa nueva.
La cocina quedo totalmente renovada con electrodomesticos de acero inoxidable y lavatrastes, y el bano se rehizo por completo. Aire acondicionado central y calefaccion central en toda la casa para que estes a gusto todo el ano.
La lavanderia ya viene resuelta. Se incluye lavadora y secadora de gas apilables dentro de la unidad, asi que no tienes que cargar la ropa a la lavanderia ni gastar en comprar tus propias maquinas. Ademas, la secadora de gas sale mas barata que la electrica y eso se nota cada mes en el recibo.
El jardin de enfrente y el de atras son de xeriscape, o sea de bajo mantenimiento, asi que se ve bonito sin que tengas que andar podando ni regando. El deck esta listo para el cafecito de la manana o para la carne asada del fin de semana.
