All Utilities are included within reason. I'm looking for renters who will respect my home since it is furnished. I am not interested in renting it unfurnished at this time. Looking for renters who have good rental history and good jobs to support the rent. No smoking in the house or on my property. No Pets or animals allowed since there is no place for them to use a potty on my property and I have too much carpet in the house.

Location Location. Walk to the lakes, 1 minute from all the stores and resident center.… This is a single family home in a beautiful community with amazing amenities like PICKLEBALL, VOLLYBALL, TENNIS, HIKING, playgrounds, 3 pools. ETC,
Both bedrooms are upstairs. One with a queen and the other with 2 twin beds. Both have TV's in them.
You will have access to the whole house except the master bedroom and master bath downstairs. It is locked off and I keep that room for me when I come to visit my Grandkids. There will be one car in the garage for my use when I come to visit.
When you walk into the house you will see the dining area with 6 chairs and the main living room. When you walk past the staircase you will find another family room and kitchen with a 4 chair breakfast nook and 3 high back stools around the center island. There is also a desk in the family room to work on. There is a sliding glass door into the backyard from this room with a covered patio with 4 chairs overlooking the fenced pool. There is a nice outside space to relax in on the side of the house with seating for 4. Not available during the summer monsoon season )
Central air and heat with Ecobee Thermostat.
There is an upstairs loft with many toys if you have Grandkids visiting
There is a powder room downstairs as well.
There are 2 living room areas and TVs for your viewing pleasure as well as a TV in the bedrooms upstairs.
Solar shades can be pulled across the pool but must be pulled back and cinched when not in use..
Furniture on the side yard has covers that can be taken off during your stay and put in the deck box. I'd appreciate you putting them back on during rain storms These chairs and sun cover are put away during the summer months due to monsoons that could blow them all around.
This price is only if you rent for 6 months or more. If you want to rent for the winter months only the rent goes up to $4,000.
