We are looking Male or Female working professionals or full time students who are clean, responsible, and easy to get along with. This room will come with a shared bathroom and is available for $1280/month. House is recently renovated and room comes fully furnished with bed and dresser. The current tenants of the house are the Landlord (working mom who commutes between America and China), and a tenant (young, working professional). Our ideal housemate is someone who is very clean and generally low-key given our long work days, so we'd like someone who shares similar inclinations. This rental includes full access to the kitchen, yard, etc. There's also plenty of free street parking in front of the house. No pets and single occupancy only.
