To beat the heat there is also a community pool (Eloy Aquatics Center) nearby of the apartment. The court yard of the apartment complex has a nice artificial grass that covers it that could be used for picnicking outside. As far as utilities go, the tenant only pays electricity directly! Water, Sewer & Trash are passed through and added to the rent saving you time and trouble. On top of this, for an additional fee the unit can come with a washer and dryer meaning no more trips to the laundromat either!The complex also has Wi-Fi provided to you at no cost.
