This space is suitable for ONE working professional (sorry no couples or children), who works away from home. If you work from home, there will be a slight up charge for utilities.
You share an acre of land with the owner of the main house. This is a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood, so no partiers or lots of people coming in and out.
You will have use of the pool when we are not home.
