The bedroom offers two full-size beds with pillows, linens, and sheets, a 4K 43" HDR Smart TV, and an office desk and chair with reading lamps. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room, stocked with all essential toiletries, and features a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries. Parking is available with 1 spot. Details will be given in check-in instructions, and guests must print out a parking pass. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee of $20 per night per pet. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats/dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY. No parties or events/gatherings. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. For units that permit pets, if you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour, with a 24-hour advance notice required. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors, so keep the keys on you. Guest verification is required, and guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches their ID, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement. Noise monitors are installed in the units and will result in a fee if tampered with. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. The bedroom includes an office desk and chair, and reading lamps, making it a comfortable space for remote work. All guests must be 23 years of age or older. Local bookings are not accepted.
