IMPORTANT TO NOTE The building will have work done on the other side of the building (our side is completed). As a result, there may be construction noise Monday to Friday, from 830 am to about 4 pm. If you work normal business hours, you will be out of the unit and not bothered by the noise. If you are at home, the noise will likely bother you. We have reduced the rent on this oceanfront unit to reflect the inconvenience of the work being done on the building. Put up with some dust and noise, and live oceanfront for less rent than you are currently paying!!

This is a great place to spend the rest of 2025 with a wonderful oceanside view. Enjoy reading on your balcony overlooking the ocean, swimming in the heated pool, fishing in the surf, or exploring all the golf, shopping, restaurants, and other entertainment options the Treasure Coast has to offer.
