Ponderosa Homes built Model B Condo from the late 70s. 2 story, 2BR 2-1/2 bath with enclosed backyard. Both bedrooms are master bedroom suites with attached baths. B models are the end units and mine is surrounded by green belt.
Near 163 and 15. Easy access to shopping centers, downtown, airport, ocean and mountains. 2 car garage, patio. All electric kitchen. Attached garage but access thru rear patio, not from inside home.
No washer/dryer or refrigerator provided. You have to bring your own.
