This is NOT a property management company and we do our own screening. NOTE: NO SMOKING! Pet only with prior approval and $50 pet fee. No puppies. No vehicle leaking oil. Able and willing to follow HOA rules. Max 2 people. Employed. Good credit. Payment good when made. Good references. The rental is for you. No persons other than those on the rental agreement to stay overnight. Answered my posted "standard questions".
