We have an 11 bedroom, 3 bathroom house and are looking for one or two roommate to join our group. Each room is rented individually on a separate lease than the rest of the roommates... so if a roommate doesn't not pay rent or their utility bills, that does not affect you. Room price is $735 a room, plus $150 monthly fee which covers utilities, basic house keeping in the common areas and supplies fee (trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, light bulbs).. Looking for responsible, no drugs, no drama, tidy roommates that can respect each other's living space and be social and friendly. Available September 6th 2 Kitchens 3 bathrooms 1 Parking space per roommate Private Owner 5 Minute Walk to WWU Campus 10 Minute Walk to Downtown Right Next to Laurel Park Shared Washer/dryer Sorry no pets, no smoking. Rent is $735 a month plus $150 per month for a total of $885 total which covers all utilities, light house keeping, house manager and supplies fee. $885 Security deposit and last month's rent required.
