The best feature of this house is the central location being walking distance to town lake , south congress, downtown and Rainey street.
Bedrooms are strategically placed in opposite corners of the house one upstairs on the west side, one downstairs in the front corner, and the other downstairs on the east side. This design ensures maximum privacy, providing an ideal retreat for each guest.

The bathroom does not have a private entrance but is on a private wing away from rest of home and directly next to bed room. In the 1930's when the home was built an ensuite was not yet a thing, but this as close as it gets!
