Snowbirds January-March 31st- $6000/ mo Annual Lease is $3000/mo plus utilities. Short Term Lease starts ranges $3-6000/ month. It will depend on how long you stay and which months you choose. Colonial CC requires a tenant to Pay the club membership transfer fee of $350-500. Reduced golf pay to play, amenities center, bar & restaurant etc membership is transferred from start to end of the lease. Depending upon how many people reside in condo will set the utilities fees. Also, the condo has basic Internet access. All streaming services are at the tenants expense. No cable TV. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON SITE OR OUT FRONT OR ON THE LANAI. NO SMOKERS NEED TO APPLY. Small WELL BEHAVED & crate trained dogs are allowed. However, the dog must be trained to NOT BARK and cause trouble with neighbors. If any damages occur, tenant will be responsible for the entire costs of replacing damaged equipment, furniture etc. Everything should be treated like it's your own place. If the HOA complains about your pet, you'll receive a warning. A second complaint may result in an untimely termination of lease and deposit will be lost and not returned to tenant. Renters' insurance is required for annual leases.
