The hot tub cover must be kept on when not in use to maintain cleanliness and water balance. Do not clean, cut, or dispose of fish or fish products in the sinks or drainage; fish waste must be kept outside the dwelling. The fireplace in the living room is not allowed to be used. No smoking is allowed inside the house. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors. For safety, no diving in the hot tub or lake, and children must be supervised by an adult in yard, around the lot, and around the hot tub.
