For water enthusiasts, the private boat dock includes a boat lift and two jet ski lifts. The property offers covered RV parking with a dedicated electrical hookup (14-50 socket) that doubles as an EV charger. A luxurious hot tub is available for relaxation with a perfect view of the lake. Guests are allowed to use the grill on the back patio. Pool towels are available for guest use. Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two dogs per reservation, and they must be leashed and waste cleaned up. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, with self-check-in via smart lock. No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly granted privilege in writing; unauthorized events will incur an initial fee of $1000 and may result in immediate vacating without refund. Bagged trash can be left in the garbage containers on the side of the driveway/carport upon exit. Do not leave food or crumbs that will attract birds, as this may result in a powerwashing charge of up to $125. The hot tub cover must be kept on when not in use to maintain cleanliness and water balance. Do not clean, cut, or dispose of fish or fish products in the sinks or drainage of the property. The fireplace in the living room is not allowed to be used. No smoking is allowed inside the house. Please be respectful of neighbors. For safety reasons, there is no diving in the hot tub or lake, and unsupervised minors are not allowed in or around the hot tub or lake.
