Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs per reservation, and they must be leashed as there is no fenced-in area. Nestled on the serene shores of Cedar Creek Lake, this lakehouse offers unparalleled lakeside living. Enjoy the tranquility of the water lapping against the shore and the beauty of sunrises over the lake. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, with self-check-in via smart lock. No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly granted privilege in writing, and unauthorized events will incur an initial fee of $1000. Do not leave food or fish waste that will attract birds, as this may result in a $125 powerwashing charge. The hot tub cover must be kept on when not in use to maintain cleanliness and water balance. Do not clean, cut, or dispose of fish or fish products in the property's sinks or drainage. The fireplace in the living room is not allowed to be used. No smoking is permitted inside the house. Please be respectful of neighbors. For safety, no diving in the hot tub or lake, and children must be supervised by an adult in outdoor areas and around the hot tub. Pool towels are available for use and should be left in the bathrooms upon departure. The reservation holder must be one of the occupants staying in the rental. Booked guest count must be accurate, and arriving with an excess of guests may result in correction, withheld access, or reservation cancellation. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an immediate charge of $1000 and may lead to immediate vacating of the property without refund. Parking is on the driveway or street only; do not block driveways or mailboxes, and absolutely no parking is allowed in the yard or on the grass lot next to the home. No unsupervised minors in or around the hot tub or lake. Guests are responsible for reimbursing expenses to replace or repair any items not returned or damaged, and for any additional cleaning expenses incurred beyond normal wear and tear. Failure to vacate the property within 30 minutes of check-out time may result in a $50 fee.
