1012 Carolyn is a 5 unit building with no shared space (except for an interior set of stairs that leads up the doors for unit 3 and 4). The unit up for rent is unit 4. It is not a large space (seeing as it is a studio), but it is perfect for being close to everything that East Nashville has to offer.

-The home is locally owned and managed right here in Nashville.
-The pictures were taken on 5/22, so they are very recent.
-This unit was previously an AirBB, and the items you see in the pictures are from the AirBB setup. If you would like to keep any of the items to use, you would be welcome to do so at no additional charge! If you would like us to remove any items before you move in, that would be fine as well! Keep in mind that any items that you would like to keep would be kept on an as-is in basis; we would not be replacing the couch, bed, etc. It would be up to you to get new items, if you later decided to replace them.
-The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and 2-burner built-in cooktop. There is not a proper oven. You are welcome to bring your own tabletop convection oven or air fryer!
-There are no laundry hookups in the building, so going to a laundromat (there is one only 1/4 mile away!) or using a laundry service would be the best options here, or going to a friend or family member's house!
-There is a single, smart thermostat that services the whole building, which is kept in the 68 - 70 range throughout the year.
