The qualifications for this and all units is no evictions or felonies and provable income of at least 2.5 times the rent amount. No more than 2 persons allowed per bedroom. This is a 12 month lease. Resident is responsible for all utilities which must be turned on within 3 days of move in. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit. Pets are allowed with approval and fees paid, $400 deposit, 1/2 non-refundable and $15 per month pet rent; no Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweiler or Mastiffs allowed, including mixed breeds. All maintenance requests must be texted or emailed.
