Quiet hours are observed from 8 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors or within 15 feet of the property; indoor smoking and the use of fireworks are prohibited. Events are not allowed. Guests must provide valid government-issued ID upon booking. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Smoking violations may incur a $250 remediation fee. Noise levels must stay below 80 decibels. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices results in a fee or removal from home without a refund.
