This activity has earned us prestigious awards from the Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Boards of Realtors and others - but the real blessing has been the nice people we have attracted who have become a special, caring community. We enjoy taking good care of our residents with a full time maintenance staff and weekly front yard mowing, which are included in the rent.
