Snow/Ice: Tenant is responsible for snow removal from walkways and the driveway. 5. Mandatory Reporting & Repairs Duty to Inform: Tenant must notify the Landlord immediately (within 24 hours) of any malfunctions, leaks, or required repairs. Access for Repairs: Given the intent to perform work on the home, Landlord reserves the right to enter the premises for inspections or repairs with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Negligence: Damages resulting from the Tenant's failure to report a known issue (e.g., a slow leak causing water damage) will be the financial responsibility of the Tenant. 6. Use of Premises The property shall be used strictly as a private residence. No smoking or vaping of any substance is permitted inside the home or garage. No subletting or short-term "AirBnB" style hosting is allowed.
