12-month lease. No fee to apply. If landlord and prospective tenant mutually agree to move forward with a lease agreement, each adult tenant must consent to and agree to pay $50 for a credit and criminal background check conducted by a third-party screening service (TransUnion Smartmove). Landlord does not accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report supplied by the tenant. Owner pays water/sewer/garbage/irrigation/snow removal. Tenant pays electricity. Pets negotiable with meet-and-greet, additional pet deposit, and monthly pet rent. No smoking.

Includes an 8x12 ft. storage shed on the property. Backyard is private and fully fenced. Back yard has small patio for your barbecue. Landlord takes care of summer yard work and winter snowplowing of the parking area.
