12-month lease. No fee to apply. If landlord and prospective tenant mutually agree to move forward with a lease agreement, each adult tenant must consent to and agree to pay $50 for a credit and criminal background check conducted by a third-party screening service (TransUnion Smartmove). Landlord does not accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report supplied by the tenant. Owner pays water/sewer/garbage/irrigation/snow removal. Tenant pays electricity. Pets negotiable with meet-and-greet, additional pet deposit, and monthly pet rent. No smoking.

The powder room off the living room is close to the front door and next to a coat closet.
Second floor has 3 bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom, and a second bathroom with tub and built-in linen closet. IN-UNIT LAUNDRY! Upstairs hallway also has a convenient laundry closet with washer and dryer included.
Central heat and AC. Tenant pays electricity and cable/internet. Landlord pays water/sewer/garbage/lawn care/snow removal. There are 3 off-street open parking spaces (no garage). Includes an 8x12 ft. storage shed on the property. Backyard is private and fully fenced. Back yard has an empty garden bed and a small patio for your barbecue. Landlord takes care of summer lawn care and winter snowplowing of the parking area.
Duplex is hidden from street view for extra privacy. It's close to the bus line, schools and shopping.
12-month lease. No-smoking policy is strictly enforced. Each adult applicant is subject to a non-refundable $50 fee if we progress to background/credit check stage.
