The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everyday cooking and chef meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station, pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups, blender, toaster, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Enjoy a 55" 4K Smart TV in the living room with access to popular streaming platforms, and additional smart TVs in one or more bedrooms (property dependent). Bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and premium linens, and spa-style bathrooms offer high-pressure showers. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer are provided. The first floor doubles as a complete bonus bedroom with its own full bathroom and garage access. Parking is available in the garage for up to 2 vehicles, suitable for mid-size SUVs or smaller. Street parking is not permitted and vehicles may be towed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, or oversized vans are not allowed. Parking is at the guest's risk; secure valuables and lock your vehicle. Details will be provided after booking or upon request. Pets are welcome with a fee of $19 per night for 1 pet (capped at $200 per stay) and $29 per night for 2 pets (capped at $300 per stay). Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges or cancellation. Optional add-ons include early check-in for $59 for 1 hour or $89 for 2 hours, and mid-stay cleaning for $200, which includes refresh cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways, and is only permitted off the premises. Smart smoke detectors are installed, and smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the home and do not record audio. No parties or excessive noise are permitted at any time. Noise over 90 dB sustained for 5+ minutes will trigger a violation, which may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. Normal conversation, TV, casual music, cooking, and laughing will not trigger a violation. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Guests will check in independently using a smart lock or lockbox, with detailed check-in instructions sent via email or message before arrival. During your stay, you'll have access to your own Personal Concierge to assist with dinner reservations, local recommendations, or even minor maintenance issues. Mail and package deliveries are not permitted, and luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. The property is for short-term lodging only and may not be used as a residence. Guests must select either a $500 refundable security deposit or a $29 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $250 per stay) after booking.
