Lease terms

* 12-month lease agreement - Property Manager pays for trash management services - Tenant is responsible for electric, water, gas and cable /internet services. - Rent is due on the 1st of the month - Security deposit ($1900) is due at lease signing - The apartment will come furnished with new appliances as specified; washer, dryer, electric stove, refrigerator/freeze with water dispenser and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, fixtures (ceiling fans ) and interior spotlights, appurtenances and window treatments. If any of these items require repair or replacement during the term of this agreement, the repair or replacement shall be at the cost of the renter and the item replaced shall become the property of the renter. The replaced item shall be removed and given to the landlord. - The apartment is strictly for residential purposes only and no more than a total of 4 adults or 2 adult and 2 children occupy the premises. - No personal property shall be stored or kept on the the deck which serves as access to the Premises except for furniture and (one) bicycle. - Tenant is not to make any changes or alterations to the premises without consent - Tenant is not to change or add locks at the premises - NO SMOKING
