- Full monthly rent and deposit must be paid before occupancy can take place.
- No dogs allowed (we love dogs but the HOA will not allow).
- No golfcarts allowed (also an HOA rule).
- The pool is seasonal and will not be actively maintained during off-season.
- The pool is not heated.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo, the back balcony or the front patio.
- The condo is located on the second floor (amazing ocean views!) and there is NO elevator.
- A rental agreement will be signed prior to occupancy.
