Rental Details: Monthly Rent: $1,349 ($1,379 with pet) Security Deposit: $1,349 (equal to one month's rent) Total Move-In Cost: $2,698 (first month's rent + security deposit) Lease Term: 12 months Availability: Now Application Fee: $35 (non-refundable) per adult applicant Parking: Two assigned parking spaces included Utilities: Water, sewer, and trash included. Tenant is responsible for electricity. Pet Policy & Fees: - Limit: One (1) animal per unit, Under 50 lbs (full adult weight). - Requirements: Subject to owner approval. Must be fully house-trained and current on all vaccinations (proof of records required). - Pet Deposit: A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 is required. - Pet Rent: $30/month. - Policy Note: All pets must be disclosed during the application process. Tenant Responsibilities: By applying for this rental, applicants agree to the following standard lease responsibilities: Rent Payments: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after the grace period as outlined in the lease. Care of the Home: Tenant is responsible for keeping the interior of the home clean and sanitary, including proper trash disposal and routine cleaning. Appliance Care: Tenant is responsible for general care and cleanliness of appliances. Owner handles major repairs. Exterior Maintenance: Lawn care and pest control are provided by the owner. Application Requirements: All adult occupants (18+) must submit an application. Applications are reviewed in the order received.
