Please read the entire lease terms below: Mobile Home for Rent: 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath with large back deck, $975.00 per month. To move in the 1st month rent $975.00, last month rent $975.00 and $487.50 security deposit required. If applicable, monthly pet fee also must be paid. The total move-in rent and deposits is $2,437.50. This home allows 2 parked vehicles. Maximum Occupancy for this home is 2 Adults and 2 children. Children living in the unit over the age of 19 must be approved. The home is total electric powered by Georgia Power. A/C & Heat provided by window/floor units. All adults occupying tenants must be on the lease and have good and verifiable rental and employment history. A minimum of 12 months consecutively, verifiable employment and $1950 per month income required to afford rent and utilities. A Maximum 2 Pet Policy; non-refundable $150.00 pet deposit, and, $25 monthly pet fee per pet. No dogs over 50lbs, pitbulls, bully mixes, or aggressive breeds allowed, no exception. All animals must be kept in the unit, leash must be used for walking to ensure recall. No outside dog pins allowed. No reptiles allowed. Monthly rent includes lawn care. Each home has a dedicated Water Meter read monthly; the water bill is included monthly rent with a .03 fee for every gallon used. Water meter reading is provided monthly with the amount due. Monthly trash pickup fee $20.00. NOTE: No multi-family occupancy or sub-leasing allowed. Additional pre-paid rent deposit may be required if all of application requirements aren't met.
