PHC Housing Corporation is a privately owned and operated organization, dedicated to providing safe affordable housing for those struggling to provide this for themselves. We have experienced office staff to assist you, as well as an excellent maintenance staff. Singles and Families are welcome. We have Efficiency, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments that are HUD subsidized (rent based on your income). Laundromat is on site, off-street parking, playground and a ball field are some of the amenities we offer here at Miracle Acres. Our office is staffed Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, Thursday 9am-7pm. We are located off of Rt. 817 (old Rt. 35), west of St. Albans, across from Rhodes Brick and Block.
