Available August 8, 2026. Twelve-month lease preferred. Monthly rent is $3,200, due on the first day of each month. Security deposit is $3,200. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water, trash service, internet/cable, pest control, and routine lawn and landscape maintenance. Renters insurance is required throughout the lease term. Up to two dogs or cats may be considered with prior owner approval, applicable pet fees, and compliance with landlord insurance requirements. The chicken coop is included and may be used for chickens, subject to applicable county regulations and reasonable maintenance and sanitation requirements. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home, garage, screened porch, or storage shed.
