Large windows fill the space with natural light, offering impressive city views. The elegant living area features a flat-screen TV and views of the pool. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, a coffee maker, a dining table, and a breakfast bar. Both serene bedrooms feature plush king-size beds, large closets, and en-suite bathrooms. The two modern bathrooms are stocked with high-quality towels, a hair dryer, body wash, and shampoo. For your convenience, an in-unit laundry with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board is included. Guests have private access to the entire apartment and all its features. Upon check-in, you will receive a key that grants unlimited access to the building's resort-style amenities, including a sparkling community pool, a two-level fitness center, a rooftop lounge with a fireplace, a game room with a pool table, and business and conference facilities. Pets are allowed with a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived by the owner in writing. Located in the heart of Dallas' vibrant Uptown, this apartment is surrounded by great shopping and dining options, including popular spots like Ocean Prime, Gloria's, and Uchi. Enjoy the beautifully walkable neighborhood with easy access to outdoor spaces such as Katy Trail and Klyde Warren Park. You're also just a short walk from McKinney Street and West Village, and close to community and culture attractions like the Dallas Farmers Market and the Dallas Museum of Arts. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, 7 days a week. No smoking is allowed in the house and inside the building; a $500 penalty will be charged for smoking inside the unit, and guests will be asked to vacate. No drugs are allowed on the premises, and alcohol is permitted only if not used excessively. Unauthorized parties will incur a $250 charge. Guests are responsible for taking their belongings and organizing used towels and bed sheets, as well as trash and leftovers. Excessive cleaning requiring a second cleaner will incur an additional fee. Guests are responsible for the cost of fixing any damaged appliances. Damaged linen and towels will be charged back to the guest. A $500 replacement fee will be charged if a parking pass is not returned. Guests must complete a pre-check-in form, which requires a $200 hold for a damage deposit. Guests are not permitted to have guests who are not on the reservation join them.
