First Month's Rent: $1,200 Refundable Security Deposit: $1,200 Total Move-In Cost: $2,400 Approved Pet Fees Refundable Pet Deposit: $250 per approved pet Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $150 per approved pet Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per approved pet Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Maximum of two (2) approved pets. Tenant Responsibilities- APS Electricity Arizona Water Company Water AC Sanitation Service Trash Internet/Cable Provider of Tenant's Choice Owner Pays Arizona City Sanitary District Sewer Utility costs vary based on usage, household size, service selections, and each utility provider's current rates. RENTAL POLICIES 12-month lease required. Maximum occupancy: Four (4) occupants. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Renter's insurance is required prior to move-in and throughout the lease term. Proof of renter's insurance must be provided before keys are released. Pets must be approved before move-in and listed on the lease. Maximum of two (2) approved pets. Driveway parking only. Parking on landscaping, decorative rock, or dirt areas is not permitted. Inoperable, abandoned, or unregistered vehicles may not be stored on the property. No subleasing, Airbnb, VRBO, or other short-term rentals without the landlord's prior written consent. Tenant is responsible for promptly reporting maintenance issues to help prevent additional damage. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and sanitary condition and caring for the private backyard as outlined in the lease.
