1. Term. The lease will start on __August 1, 2026 through July 31st, 2027___. Start day is negotiable. The house is ready to move in. After first year, the lease will be month-to-month. 2. Utilities. Landlord is reponsible for the lawn service. 3. Security Deposit. Pet fee shall be used upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement for the purposes of professional cleaning of the Premises and/or repairing damage caused by pet.
