Available July 1 is a charming Westside home that has been thoughtfully updated and cared for.… It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with an in-unit washer dryer, one off street parking spot + plenty of street parking, and a nice sized yard in a quiet area of the Westside. Many of the appliances are newer (dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a very nice wifi enabled 6 burner kitchenaid gas stove/oven), and we also recently replaced the kitchen sink/faucet and shower hardware. Dogs considered for an additional fee per month. There is one small shared wall, about 2 feet wide, with a garage ADU conversion, but it is appropriately sound proofed, has a refrigerator on the other side of the wall, and we've had no issues with noise in the past. Yards are separated. Note: the master bedroom is large, but the second bedroom is quite small. Location, location, location! Just down the street from Elings park, a 1.5 mile walk to downtown (with B-Cycle electric bike station ~2 blocks away if you'd rather ride), a ~5 min drive up the hill to the mesa, and a ~15 min drive to the far end of Goleta -- you're in the middle of everything. Things you'll love about this place: -chef's kitchen with mostly all new appliances (including a very nice 6 burner modern stove/oven), granite countertops, and tons of cabinets/storage (including lazy susans in the corners and a pull out spice rack) -fruit trees: fruiting kumquat, pink lemon, blood orange, and Australian finger lime in the front yard, and newly planted avocado and banana trees in the backyard -keyless entry: so nice to not have to dig out your key each time you arrive home, simply enter your code -central heat -westside cottage charm: you'll find plenty of quirky built in cabinets for storage that gives this home a quintessential westside cottage feel Owner pays for gardeners that maintain the property landscaping monthly.
