I rent a brand new studio next to the house, can be furnished or unfurnished,,electricity, water included, it consists of a small living room, a small kitchen separated from large bedroom and bathroom, it does not have a terrace for now because the house is being remodeled, $1,500 first month, $1,800 deposit and $100 (no return) the deposit is not for living, for cleaning when the lease ends if everything is left clean and without holes in the walls it will be returned, otherwise it will be used as part of the repair.
