850 All utilities included. This property is centrally located. The studio is located on three acres.… There is a creek on the property that empties into the French Broad River. It is located on the Scenic Highway 251 between Woodfin and Alexamder, 4 MI from downtown Weaverville , 7 miles from downtown Asheville and 12 mi from downtown Marshall. The space is furnished and has a kitchenette. The kitchen is a limited space with two burner stove hot water kettle and refrigerato. There is the possibility for work trade for some of the rent. I'm hoping for someone with handyman skills. There is additional space that is cooperative space that could be used as well as a large deck. There are 2 other tenants on the property which makes for a nice Community feeling. This studio apartment has its own private entry it's own private parking completely furnished with TV. unit is a lower level unit to the main house.
