Three working wood burning kiva fireplaces, skylights, solar-powered, spacious rooms, high speed internet, large cook's kitchen with dishwasher. Massive hand carved dining table seats eight easily. Washer, dryer in separate laundry room. 1500 square foot walled and fenced rear patio. Three blocks to Canyon Road; easy walk to Plaza, Museum Hill, and hiking trails. Beautifully furnished with comfortable and interesting furniture, original art, and books on NM birds, plants, hikes, etc. My home is nestled on a large, beautiful, private, walled and coyote fenced property designed by well known Santa Fe landscape designer. Off-street parking with your own parking pad. On-site property manager. Yard is filled with mature native trees, shrubs, wild flowers, and organic fruit trees, providing fragrant flowers and attracting butterflies and birds, including hummingbirds.
