Lease Terms and Conditions The lease term shall be for a period of one (1) year, with an option to renew under the same terms and conditions, subject to mutual agreement. At the time of lease execution, the Tenant shall pay the first month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit in full. Utilities and Services Water service shall remain in the Landlord's name in accordance with local municipal policy.
