Garage and/or shed possibly available for private or shared use. Share chores inside and out, required weekly 1-2 hours, (including quarterly deep cleaning, room rotation). No intoxication. No drugs. No smoking of anything. No fragrances or chemical cleaners, to respect allergies and sensitivities. No parties, unless all housemates plan together. Personal items to remain in private bedroom to maintain clutter-free common areas. Roommate agreement to dictate quite hours, temperature settings, etc. Overnight guests limited to less than 10 nights per month, 2 consecutive nights. 2x rent security deposit. Payment plan available. $500 average monthly utilities to be based on occupancy, and extra usage of high AC or electric heaters.
