STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

There is a full-size washer and dryer in the hall for added convenience. At the end of the hallway is the primary bedroom, which is furnished with a plush queen-sized bed, television, en suite bathroom, and private sitting balcony. The primary bathroom provides a beautiful glass enclosed walk-in shower to help rinse away the salt and sand from the day. Enjoy a private moment, morning coffee, or a good book on your private sitting porch.
Life is too short to miss the spectacular sunrises, famous donuts at Britt's, Thursday night fireworks on the beach and quality time with your family making lifelong memories. The North Carolina Aquarium and the Fort Fisher historical site are great daytime activities for everyone to enjoy. Catch a ferry ride over to Southport for the day for some great local dining options or spend the day hiking in the maritime forest of Carolina Beach State Park. Venus fly traps and native pitcher plants can be spotted in the park seasonally and make a truly memorable experience. You'll want to immerse yourself in the myriads of activities offered on Pleasure Island.
