Lease Terms * Monthly Rent: $3,400 * Security Deposit: One month's rent ($3,400), due at lease signing. * Lease Term: 12-month lease preferred. Longer-term tenants welcome. * Application Required: All applicants 18 and older must complete a rental application. Employment, income, rental history, references, and background/credit may be verified. * Income Requirement: Verifiable, stable income required. * Occupancy: Maximum occupancy subject to local regulations. * Pets: Considered on a case-by-case basis based on size, breed, and temperament. Additional pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent may apply. * Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home. * Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities. * Lawn Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the lawn and landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and general upkeep. If the lawn is not maintained to an acceptable standard, the landlord may arrange for the yard to be serviced, and a $150 lawn maintenance fee will be assessed to the tenant for each occurrence. * Move-In Costs: First month's rent and security deposit are due before move-in. * Availability: Available immediately upon approved application and signed lease.
