A bedroom with a double closet and a private bathroom. New carpet and paint. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry.… There is a large deck with a table and chairs, and a fenced-in backyard. There is extra storage in the 4th bedroom. The entire house was renovated a year ago. Looking for a tenant who is quiet, respectful, pays bills on time, and assists in the cleaning of the common areas. Must show proof of employment with income two times the rental amount. Utilities (electric, water, wastewater, and internet) will be split in half. Tenant must be ok with the owner's cat. No other pets allowed. There is an additional room for rent in the house, and so the common spaces are shared. Off-street parking is available. The landlord lives on the second floor. Must see to appreciate how wonderful this home is. Move in special for the month of June. Sign a 12 month contract by the end of June and get 1/2 off the first month's rent. You will pay $1200 security deposit and then $600 for first month. The second month the rent returns to $1200. There is a second bedroom (smaller) for rent for $900. If you take both bedrooms, you can get them for $2000 and still only pay 1/2 the utilities. You can also apply the move in special as listed above. That would mean a $1200 security deposit and $1000 for the first month. The second month the rent would return to $2000.
