Lease terms

This rental will begin as a month-to-month lease. After the first year of tenancy, we are open to reviewing the rental arrangement and discussing the possibility of entering into a longer-term lease, if mutually agreed upon by both the tenant and landlord. Tenants are responsible for all utilities associated with the property, including electricity, gas, water, trash, and any other applicable services. The front and backyard landscaping must be fully maintained by the tenants, including the lawn, trees, bushes, plants, and general upkeep. We take great pride in the appearance of the home and ask that the landscaping remain neat, clean, and properly maintained throughout the tenancy. This home is located in a beautiful, established neighborhood where our family has lived for over 30 years. We have wonderful relationships with our neighbors and know many of them personally. We value the peaceful, respectful, and family-friendly character of this community and ask that our tenants be respectful of the neighborhood, the property, and our neighbors. We are looking for responsible tenants who will treat this home with the same care and respect that our family has given it over the years.
