Lease terms

Screening & Approval: All applications are subject to credit, income, rental history, and background review in accordance with applicable laws. Prior evictions or landlord collections may impact approval and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Lease Term: Minimum one (1) year lease required. Security Deposit: Security deposit varies based on credit criteria. Standard deposit equals one month's rent. Approved applicants must execute a Lease Agreement and submit the full security deposit within 48 hours of approval, regardless of whether the interior of the home has been viewed. Utilities: Resident is responsible for all utilities, including water, sewer, and trash. Pets: No pets permitted. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of the Landlord, subject to approval, pet fees, and monthly pet rent. Breed Restrictions: The following breeds or mixes are not permitted: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf, and Wolf hybrids. Additional breed restrictions may apply based on insurance and safety requirements. Other Terms: Maximum of two (2) approved animals, if permitted Livestock, farm animals, and exotic, poisonous, or dangerous animals are prohibited Pricing subject to change without notice Promotional pricing or special offers may apply based on lease terms and move-in date Move-In Ready pre-screen application required to qualify and tour property.
