No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and quiet hours are observed per building rules. A guest sign-in form is required after booking for screening purposes. A damage protection fee of $30 will be charged after booking confirmation. All guest vehicles must be registered the same day as check-in to avoid towing. Pool rules are strictly enforced, and violations may result in a $500 fine and cancellation of stay. Pool hours are 8:30 am to 10 pm, and using the pool outside these hours will result in a $150 fine. No smoking is allowed in or around the pool area.
